Continuous wifi drop, uh oh

I currently use an iPad mini 2 to connect to my 5 days old ASIAIR. I am receiving constant wifi disconnects so, I have not been able to do anything at all. I can usually get to the focus setting on my main camera, an ASI290. Then the disconnect. I have an ASI120MM-s and an ASI120MC-s that id like to use as a guider. But regardless, Constant wifi loss is killing the experience. Anyone have suggestions?

Check IOS has a wifi connection problem,if you wonder.

Nah, not an issue. Home WiFi connects and stays connected. Asiair will connect and stay connected until it is asked to do something. Focus preview etc. Makes the device rather useless if I can’t get it to do anything without hiccups.

I have three ASI cameras. an ASI120MM-s, 120MC-s and an ASI 290 color. I am using an ASI290 color as my main imaging camera and an ASI120MM-S as a guider. Issue is worse with the 290. It will not allow me to come to focus, without reconnecting. The cycle continues. I have no issues with power. I am not given any other warnings. But when trying to focus, if the image indicator stops (green bar lower right), a disconnect is coming. It reconnects and now I have to reenter the camera info. Ughhh, Please help.

Issue solved by switching to 2.4Ghz. However I can't use the 290 with the AIR. It crashes the APP. I have the latest app and firmware is updated as well. Oh well.

Hi, we've test on our devices and not found the Crash issue. Could you please provide us the OS version that you're using?
