Hello. Helping out a friend here. He has a ASI120MC camera going onto a celestron telescope. We have yet to make it work and dont know if the camera itself is broken. So i undertand this cleearly, it will not producr a "realtime picture live of a planet" it will only capture this images and then i can process and do what i need to do? the software for this camera for windows and mac is very basic so i just hit auto and capture? Does this camera need the right angle viewfinder or can i use it directly into the telescope?
any other basic basic help or instructions on how we can get something to show up would be very helpful .
