ASI120MM-S not detected on Raspberry Pi 3

Hello,

I have a ASI120MM-S which works well in Windows but the Raspberry Pi 3 does not detect it (lsusb doesn't show it).

The Raspberry Pi is running Ubuntu MATE.

Do I have to install any drivers?

Sorry I am not so familiar with Linux.

There is no need to install the driver.

lsusb will not show the 120's name, it should show 03C3

I found the problem.

It was a marginal USB cable, I did not notice the lightning bolt (insufficient power) as I was using the RPi without external display.

It works well now.
