White vertical lines on ASI-1600MM Pro Cool when binned

I have a 1600MM-Pro Cooled that gets saturated, vertical white lines (every 6 pixels) when hardware binning is enabled. Unbinned it looks normal.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Additionally: It is a brand new camera, all drivers and SDK updated to latest versions. Happens in ASICAP and SharpCap when Hardware Binning is turned on, and not when binned by software.
