First thing you should do when you start your mount in home position is to sync you mount with the phone button.
Once is synced and the local coordinate appear then you can issue a goto. If you now press go to home it will go to the original home position ( weights down and scope pointing north, if this is the position you had when you started the mount.
My eq6 eqmod works great, but you need to sync your location first. The interesting thing is thateven if you sync anytime while you slew to objects if you forget to do it at the beginning, it will still work.
