your test result and suggestion: Connection with Mount. A lot of Connection failed or 'fail to operate'
I recently buyed an aisair to be used with skywatcher heq5pro. I found that typically asiair Android app show me a lot of "failed to Connect" or "failed to operate" when i try to link Mount and aisair via mobile app.. Sometimes It works but with some seconds of delay between input to move to some target and the time in which heq5pro starts really to move.
I try to connect using as mount type: "Skywatcher Synscan"
My setup Is: aisair connected to synscan v3 hand controller via small RJ12 Port on the right side of the keyboard and this Is connected directly to mount. Is It right? Did you had some problem as me?
