Raw file size of asi294mc

Why does raw fit file coming out of my new asi294mc have 22mb of data not 66mb. 16bit x 3 channels x 11mpix = 66Mbyte.

I think you made a mistake.

For color camera, one pixel only have one color of R,G,B.
