A couple of additional things:
1. Could it be that Windows 10 does not recognize the true version of the driver for the camera? I'm asking because it says that I have the latest driver update and it gives today's date as the latest.
2. When using SharpCap, if I connect the camera to my laptop, I'm seeing all white on the page when I look around the room I'm in. I'm assuming this is due to the sensitivity. When I put the dust cap on the camera, I'm seeing all black in SharpCap. Seems that the camera is working?
Any feedback you all can provide would be great. Again, sorry for the rudimentary questions, I'm just getting started with this.
