low FPS and camera recognized as USB 2 instead of USB 3

I have zwo ASI 294 MC pro

for some reason sharp cap and asicap are detected it as USB 2 and running at 1.5-3 FPS instead of advertised numbers at full resolution. I tested it both on a windows machine with 3 USB 3 hub and Mac with USB c hubs.

I installed and reinstalled the drivers in the same fashion as in the manual.

I am connecting to cooler outlet just o make sure that power is delivered via a separate mechanism.

Please advise.

Hi,

First, you should connect it to USB3.0 port, usually, the inside of the USB is blue.

Second, please USE USB3.0 Cable。it has 9 pins inside it. and also is blue.

Third, if all of them are right, please take a picture to show your connection. and upload it to here.
