Asiair and Takahashi em200 Temma2M

I recently bought the asiair for two reasons:

1. Drive my EM200 with skysafari with my android galaxy a8.

2. Drive my asi camera through the system without the need for a PC.

So far, I cannot connect the mount, the mount is detected, but neither skysafari, nor the asiair application are succeeding to connect.

I have asked my zwo dealer in France, using the same Temma2M mount, they faced the same problem.

please check your settings and connections
