ASI 1600MC-Cool strange lines on images

Hello, few last months strange lines appear on my images.

It's not an light pollution or similar problem. Lines is static even if i rotating camera.

Lines also can be visible on the flat frames, but flats do not removing lines from main stack anyways.

Any ideas, experience with a same problem?

On both frames camera have different rotation angles.

Can you check the optical system? please make all of them are clean.

It does not look like a problem of camera.

I've checked and clean all optics, both mirrors, coma corrector, disassemble camera and dry "tablets", cleanup camera sensor etc.

And got the same result today, i've rotated camera and lines still on same places, that's why i think that problem is in the camera.

Flat frames fixing problem just partially. On color correction/saturation process lines is became visible.

One 300s (gain 139) frame is attached. Stretched and saturated.

Thank you Sean, but what cause this lines? I've changed the scope to Quattro 10S, and got the same lines, looks like i'm only one who got this "bonus"?

I know few peoples with 1600MC-Cool and both working fine.

This is the behavior of this sensor, take flat frame @25000ADU-30000ADU will perfectly calibrate this pattern.

Thank you, 50 flats with default APT (20000 ADU), not removed this pattern(just made it a little bit less visible). i will try setup settings as you said.
