asi1600mc-c can the FPGA code be upgraded via a Mac

Hello.

I have the version with the guide and USB 3.o ports, as well as the cooler. I don'y know which firmware version it has.

I have the banding issue and wonder if the FPGA firmware code can be upgraded via a mac, using the Mac screen sharing feature? If not, I do have a Windows 10 laptop, but need to install team viewer.

Why do you want to update the firmware?

Hello again Chad.

I need to see what firmware version the camera has, because it is producing the vertical banding issue as seen on older posts here. Updating the firmware seemed to correct that problem.

The link you gave me leads to a Windows only utility. Can the firmware version be checked using a Mac computer? Also, what should the latest firmware version be for my camera?
