ASI1600MM-C - Smudge and pattern

Hi there,

I've been imaging this target in the last few days and i'm struggling to figure out what this is.

Two issues that i'm seeing (please do correct me on this) are the strange cloudy feature appearing and secondly grid like pattern.

I've stacked the image using "Darks" only (as i have always been) using both MaximDL and PI (using the same method in my previous images) and still can't seem to get rid of this.

Getting concerned about the health of the camera. This only shows up on a OIII image (side by side to Ha on the left and OIII on the right on the same night, boosted the stretch using PI STF)

Not sure if the camera started to dew up on the window but that has never happened before.

The filters are enclosed within the ZWO EFW, do the filters dew up while being in the filter? If so, how can one avoid this?

Last night i took some flats.

Below are the master flats of all three NB channels and the same streaks and smudge appears in all three channel. Now i'm getting super concerned :

Hi，

Please try to check whether there is dew. You can directly cooling and check visually without connecting the lens. You can also take a few uncooled images to see if there is a problem.

And, also do not forget to check the lens, sometimes lens dirty, also can have similar phenomenon.
