oaCapture version 1.5 for Mac crashes when selecting the asi1600mc-c camera

I am running all this on my Mac Mini with OS X El Capitan.

The app does not crash when I select the asi185mc camera.

Both cameras are connected to the same USB 3.0 powered hub, to the Mac Mini.

This is the only app that has this issue.

I can select the asi1600mc-c with ASICapture, Firecapture, Astroimage and kstars, with no crashes.

I did see an error in the Terminal app after the crash "Segmentation fault: 11".

Please assist me with this issue.

Hi Sean, thank you for the reply.

Yes, I have tried to use ASICAP on my mac computer.

It does work but there are two issues with it that I addressed before, on this website.

1. ASICAP does not have the feature to save the images in TIFF format (I believe for 16bit RAW it is fits only).

2. In ASICAP whether previewing or saving in fits format, I cannot get a saved fits image debayered, where I can recover the colors in post processing. I have at least three different fits processing apps and none of them recover the colors.

I try to keep my post processing simple, with the OSC camera, and prefer not to use fits for those reasons.
