hi I own a camera zwo asi1600mm pro a few months ago, with filter wheel zwo, everything worked fine, but now the pc does not recognize it anymore, I replaced the cable, I changed the pc, I put back the ascom and zwo.la drivers directly to the pc and is no longer recognized. instead the wheel carries filters if I connect it directly to the pc it is recognized, instead connecting it to the camera no. what can I do? I did all the tests (sorry my English is Italian)
