Mac issues with ASI 290MC

Hi forums,

I've got an odd issue when using my ASI 290MC with my MacBook Pro. Using either Firecapture or ASICAP, there is a response from the green channel, but no response from the red or blue channel.

Using Windows - both on a different computer, and on the same computer in a VM, the camera functions normally.

Any suggestions? This issue started after I purchased the camera - it was working fine for a couple of days under Mac before it showed up.

upload a few original *.fit file, we will check the problem.

For now, I'm not sure about no response from red channel, it means no signal or something else?
