Cannot set longitude to -0:23:31, even when selecting WEST

Hi,

I leave west of London. my longitude is -000 W. BUT when I try to set up in the SynScan or other telescopes, it reverb to +000. even is I choose WEST. The funny thing is that it works if I select anything above 1, then if I select WEST it will go to -1. I have a video to show which I will try to attach.

Please fix. I cannot accurately plate resolve anything.

I did try but it doesn't do anything. I tried on a ipad and iphone and NO problem. But I tried on an android tablet or android phone and the WEST problem persist. I even added a muck GPS on the Tablet to simulate a location but still no change.

Also, I made another video. that shows the longitude at -23 on the phone but when you update it goes to the exact number BUT positive (+23). Again, only on the android. AND only if under 1 degree EAST. :). Please fix :)
