Replacing a damaged protection glass

I just bought my third ZWO camera : a used ASI174MM camera.

The camera works perfectly but I realized that the protection glass had two tiny spots.

I couldn't get rid of them with isopropanol and a careful observation under a binocular x10 times showed that these spots were scratches.

Is it possible to replace such a damaged protection glass without sending the camera back ?
