I have an EOS adapter for EFW, and on one of my lenses it locked in place very tightly so that when I was trying to release the locking pin the release lever pin broke. I was able to get the adapter removed from the lens, but now I'm afraid to attach it to any other lenses since I'm not sure I'll be able to get that locking pin to release. The locking pin is still functional, spring loaded and goes in and out, so I can manipulate it with a small tool poked into where the lever broke off. But I don't trust that for long term use.
Would it be possible to get a replacement release pin for the adapter? It looks as though I could remove the chrome nose ring on the adapter and access the release pin (I haven't yet attempted the removal, thought I'd ask first) so it seems in theory a replacement would be feasible. Can that release pin be replaced?
