Hi,
I've been attempting to transition from my T6i DSLR to the 183 color camera. It has been extremely frustrating. I have a zillion questions but figured I'll go slow and work through my problems. I'll start with what I perceive as a 'yellow cast' to my images. It is most obvious in the flats that I shoot. The histogram has two humps. (see image below)

The two hump histogram returns in the first stretch done after stacking:

The color cast is also apparent when using the camera on daylight views of trees using short exposures. Equipment is a Vixen AX103S (825, f/8). NO FILTERS. Celestron OAG with Touptek guide camera. I use Astrophotography Tool, DeepSkyStacker, and Photoshop (with some dabbling in StarTools). I shoot in a Bortle Zone 8-9. I've been concentrating on M101 for the last few weeks.
My other problems, which I will mention as they may be related, are:
Inability to shoot short exposures and have DSS find enough stars to stack. Generally I have to keep exposures in the 60 seconds or more range even at high gain and offsets over 10.
Stacks of two hours of light (or more) show an incredible amount of noise. They look like my T6i set at 12800 ISO. Both dithered and undithered. With darks and without darks.
Amp glow starts showing up at 100 second exposures, although darks seem to take care of this.
My hope is that this is learning curve stuff. I've been a photographer for 50+ years (I remember the smell of Dektol) and find this really frustrating. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
