Sony add today a great brother to IMX 290, the new IMX347 :

BSI Starvis, 2.9 microns, 4.1 Mpixels, very high sensitivity.
Of course a color sensor... Color, color, color, only color... Same song...Boring.
I don't know if Sony will propose a monochrome version in the future...
I would directly sign for a camera with a monochrome IMX347 !
