178MC Cool Issues

I'm having issues with my newly acquired camera. One major issue seems to be related to capturing in color, as it seems like capturing in RAW16 is not resulting in an image that has color when debayered. I am trying Nebulosity and/or DSS currently with similar results. Any suggestions are welcome. I am using RGGB for the debayer pattern and am saving in Raw16 FITS.
