Two nights ago was time I was able to see an ASIair in action. I was most impressed. I've spent some time since then reading online reviews and the manual.
HighPoint Scientific at https://www.highpointscientific.com/zwo-asiair-review mentions that fits is the default format. Watching the owner last night going through various screens while connected to a Canon DSLR we were unable to see any reference to fits. When the images were taken they were saved as Canon RAW files.
No big deal, but can a Canon DSLR save files in the fits format on the ASIair?
