Bad Customer Service

WARNING....WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone with a problem with their hardware don't waste your time asking for help from ZWO. They will tell you that they have a warranty but it is not good and does not cover returns or replacements (I thought that is want a warranty is for....defective equipment that must be returned). They will tell you to sell your equipment "at your end". Telling someone to sell a piece of gear that is known to be defective is a crime--its called FRAUD!

Who are they kidding?

People should know what company they are buying from and what level of customer service they will receive.
