Vixen sxd2 starbook 10 tracking problem

Hi;

I tried hard to write this problem in the equipment list in facebook, but I get an error and everything gets erased....

ASI1600 or ASI2600

Color wheel, focuser, ASI AI PRO

Vixen VC200L

Vixen mount with Starbook 10 (new SDX2).

All works great except the meridian flip.

1- The meridian timing and actual move is OK.

2- BUT when the tracking resumes, it is confused each RA and DEC signals are reversed. I tried to click the flip button but its still wrong.

The same occurs when I calibrate on a target WEST. than I move to a EAST target, when I try to track. the stars runs away. Signals are reverse and I need to re-calibrate.

So, for now. I need to wake up a few minutes before the flip. once the flip occurs. I need to cancel the Autorun manually select the target under preview and re-calibrate the tracking and resume the Autorun...

I would really appreciate if you could fix. I love your products and own it all. keep up the good work.

Hello,

I have a similar problem, but first I need to agree that I am VERY impressed with the ASIAIR Pro and how beautifully it is working with all the other ZWO products on my Vixen Starbook TEN controllers and mounts.

Has anyone successfully done a meridian flip with a Starbook TEN controller?

Mine doesn’t even try to execute the flip and instead goes straight to plate solving.

Desmond hi Desmond, did you ever resolve this? I have similar issue. In my case I think it is likely some conflict between SB10 meridian settings and ASI flip settings. Not been able to solve it yet

Pariah Could you tell us more details of your problem and share your settings in ASIAIR and SB10?
Also please upload the log in the ASIAIR APP(About -> bug report) when the problem appears next time. thanks.
