I have a new 183 MC Pro Cooled Colour camera which am using in Sharp Cap. The live view is of colour but when i take the test shots its coming out to be in black and white. Can someone help me setup the settings for this camera please.
You need to debayer the images in order to see them in color.

Sorry, I never used APT nor SharpCap. You'll need to consult the documentation of those applications and, if that doesn't get you any further, ask on their forums instead.
