Upgraded to ASI Studio 1.3 and new driver...now not working

Older version from August worked fine then took the upgrade option, also the new driver. Now just get initial app selection screen that then disappears. Win10 on Dell XPS15 750. Camera is seen on device list - ASI2600MC Pro.

Any ideas?

Could you supply the old driver and software?

If I find the individual programme e.g. ASIIMG it runs okay. The initial menu screen could be the problem.

ASI Studio 1.3 working 24 hours ago but not today. As you are also experiencing, transient flash of selection screen. Same on 2 other computers running Windows 10 (fully updated but with no update in last few days); Kaspersky antivirus (tried turning off). Agree with you that individual programs will open if opened directly from root directory and, therefore, issue must be with initial menu screen. Tried removing driver and program and reinstalling; no difference. What could have happened in 24 hours?

I've just received my ASI462MC and downloaded the driver and ASIStudio and get the same results as PoaulC - ASIStudio opens and then closes down after a few seconds. However, I can run ASICap, ASIFitsView, ASIImg and ASILive from C:/Program Files/ASIstudio directly. This is also the case with both my desktop Dell Studio XPS 8100 and my laptop Dell XPS L502X so there must be a software bug in the opening screen of ASIStudio.
BTW The ASI462MC camera works fine with my copy of SharpCap Ver.: 3.2.6383.0 - 40/07/2020

This fixes the problem with the navigation screen on my Win10 laptop.

Amazing – ASIStudio V1.3 (64bit) is now working! I’ve not changed anything so what is going on I wonder. I’ve also just downloaded ASIStudio from the website and installed it again on my laptop – I had deleted it last time when I didn’t work – it works now. Can someone tell me how can this be? Does ASIStudio update itself in the back ground with out me knowing or was this some Windows problem that Microsoft sorted?

dunedin asamizuya Sorry for the inconvenience. We had figured out what happened, this bug is related to Internet Server. So it's useless to reinstall it. It will be fixed in next version.
