ASI Air Pro with Sky-Watcher EQ6-R Pro

Would like to eliminate SynScan hand controller and will need to connect ASI Air Pro through EQ Mod cable to Sky-Watcher EQ6R-Pro mount. There are three potential sites to connect from the ASI Air Pro RJ45 Ethernet Port (if that's the right one to use) to the mount.
Sky-Watcher Mount options. 1) Hand Controller -- RJ-45 8-pins outlet
2) Auto Guide-- RJ-12 6-pins outlet
or a newly added 3) USB poearchedrt Type B

Have search internet with no comments on the newer Sky-Watcher mount.

I connect USB cable straight from EQ6-R mount to ASIAir. Select EQMod mount in the app when using this type of connection.
One of my USB cables only work with baud 9600 and another one with 115K, so it is very "cable sensitive".

Thank you...I now understand that I will use the USB 2.0 type A on ASI Air, but still not sure which of the 3 ports I'll need to use on the SW EQ6R Pro. The ASI Air RJ45 Ethernet port is for a WiFi Extender.

It is USB 2.0 type B port on the mount. It reads "USB".
