CEM40G can't connect to ASI AIR Pro

Hi:
I wonder if anyone has successfully connected the CEM40G to the AAP? I see much success with CEM40, but what about the CEM40G?
I recently brought a CEM40G, and it can't connect to AAP. I try to connect using the RS323 USB cable. I also try using a straight USB cable, neither of them works. The AAP is running on the latest version. The CEM40G is also running the latest firmware.
I can successfully connect the CEM40G to PC using a straight USB cable, this is how I update the firmware on the CEM40G. I can connect other mount (Sirius EQ-G) to the AAP. So I don't know the issue is with the CEM40G or AAP.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

i don‘t own that mount but there is a thread on this forum where you might get some help. It‘s about the Cem45G but seems related to me.

Andy can you keep me posted with a solution with connecting your CEM.40 to ASI air pro I have one ordered and I’m a little confused on all the chatter about not being able to connect them.

Problem solved by using this USB adapter. It seems like the newer version of the CEM40 has USB compatibility issue with the AAP
