ASI533MC Pro is dead?

I have been using a ASI533MC Pro with a Celestron OAG / EdgeHD 1100 / 0.7x reducer / ASI 120 MM guide - with an ASIair pro -

ASI533MC Pro no longer is recognized as of this evening -

the red power light is on when plugged in, i swapped USB cables, turned the cameras on and off, rebooted the ASair pro, and camera no longer is shown.

i tried to plug the ASI533MC Pro into my Macbook Pro directly but the ASi software does not show the camera - and i get a USB power error now (I never had this problem before when I used my laptop (before i got the asiair pro)

my ASI120mm works fine in any condition - so i know that it is not a cable/asairpro or laptop issue???

Has anyone had this problem???

i use the asairpro or my mac laptop...it has worked for several months?
my 120mm is fine

why would another 12v help? it worked fine with my setup?

would the software Or firmware update have changed anything?

Could you check the device manager?
When you plug the camera into the computer, can you hear the sound of the USB device connected, and is there any new device that appears in the device manager?
Did you try it with diffrent computers(windows)?
Does the device manager display the correct camera name?
And if there is an error code, please send us the screenshots of the device manager.

please try on another usb cable

when it was working, the system would prompt me to choose MAC or WINDOWS
it worked beautifully with the asair pro and Ipad

how do I get a replacement camera?

i appreciate your tips, but your suggestions are for someone who never used a camera or computer before.

please advise on how to get my camera fixed or replaced.

my USB cables have no problem with my ASI120mm-s but i am now unable to mount my 533.
my ASAIR pro connects to my 120 no problem but not the 533 anymore (it worked for a few months)

i wonder if updating the software or firmware caused the problem?
