What did you set as UTC offset (and Daylight Saving Time setting) in your mount's hand controller? You did not say what mount is being used -- some mounts, like the RainbowAstro, like the ASIAIR, also does not include a Daylight Saving Time option.
Check the time setting on your hand-controller, too. Even if we account for a Daylight Saving Time error, the mount and the tablet (presumably the correct one) are different by what looks like 7 minutes if the tablet time is 20:06 or a difference of 1 minute if the tablet's time is 20:00 (not sure which, since the font you use makes it hard to read).
Since you have white-out the longitude of the tablet, we cannot tell what your true UTC offset should be. Make sure the longitude in the hand controller is also the same as the longitude that your tablet uses (this is critical for computing the Local Sidereal Time of the mount). It should be precise to within no more than a couple of minutes of arc (or else you can run into Meridian flip problems).
A gentle word of advice: when you post a screenshot, please set the font of your tablet to something that designed for easy readability; for example Helvetica or Verdana. It will make it much easier on the eyes of the people who are trying to help.
