New ASCOM Driver v6.5.1.4

ASCOM driver v6.5.1.4 is provided on the Support/Software and Drivers page, but the date (12/31/2020) is the release date of version 6.5.1.3, and an update of the Change log file is missing. Please disclose the changes of the new version and the release date.

This new driver has "popup" debug messages that make the driver unusable because one must respond the the popup to continue. I also do not understand the change log entries. Can you be a little more descriptive of the changes? Please fix the driver code and remove the debug messages.
