Hello guys,
I buy my first Astro Cam. A ASI 071 MC PRO Camera. I bought the camera from a friend. He bought it in early 2020. (He is owner of an observatory) He told me that he did not take any pictures with this cam. Because of clouds and no time.
Now I've taken the first pictures.
Technical data:
Outside temperatur 7C
Camera temperatur -15C
Exposure Time 300s
Gain 50
Offset 57
Anti Dew ON
On the first pictures there was no problems. But from the fifth pictures there was strange spots and on two pictures there was a heavy Red glow at the edge and also a little bit in the Center of all follow other pics
I have no experience with Astro cams. Can anybody please tell me what I can do to prevent these problems from occurring again.
