Temperature control asi6200mcpro with TSXPro issue?

I have a new Asi6200mcpro. Using with TheSkyX Pro 64bit. Temperature not being controlled! Works fine with Nebulosity. Is there a known issue. Camera is directly connected with usb3 cable to computer.

That means our ASCOM is OK. You need to contact the author of TheSkyX Pro.

@tech@zwo#46577 - As it turns out, the power supply that I was using was supplying less than 3amps. Also, I returned the ASI6200MCPro due to the sensor being to big for my rig. Replaced with a ASI2600MC pro. No cooling issues with power supply is 5amp 12vdc.
