Horizontal lines on some images

I have used my ASI 1600 MM Pro cooled since November 2018 and it has performed beautifully. However. in the last six months, horizontal lines have appeared ( and ruined) some images. This occurs intermittently, say 6 or 7 out of 30 images. My set up has not changed ( cabling, computer, software) and the lines appear regardless of what filter in am using. Anyone seen this phenomena or have a suggestion? Jim Bradburn

Can you post an example picture with and one without those lines so we know what you are referring to?

Attached are two .jpeg ( .fit and .tiff are too large for this Forum) images showing the worst and least of the lines:

You will need to enlarge the second image to notice the lines through the galaxy.

Please submit this in https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/ and attach Fits because it may involve RMA.

That site will not accept any files over 10mb. The individual image .fit files downloaded from the camera are all a minimum of 32mb.
I did send you .fit files via Google Drive on 21 May 2021.

Not me. We have mutiple staff and if your issue has already been handled by someone else, no need to post it again.

This issue has not been handled by anybody. Someone at ZWO by the identification of Ying.Tang said that they couldn't help and to contact the sales company. I did and they sent me to this Forum. We seem to be just making circles. I was hopeful somebody on the Forum had seen this problem and could help. I am quite disappointed that technical help has not come directly from ZWO. The irony is that the camera is only six months out of warranty.
By the way, what does RMA refer to?

It is a hardware issue which means camera need to be sent back for repair, please follow Ying.Tang's(rma@zwoptical.com) instruction. If you buy this camera from the dealer, please contact them and they will contact us. This is our RMA procedure, thanks!
