I Just got my zw0 2600 mini and tried to connect it to my software, nebulosity and Firecpature both failed to see it. I have a Mac and so shouldnt eed any drivers. What do i do?

Yes. That works but only if I plug the power to the camera in. On my 1600 the camera worked and connected to software whether it was powered or not. Still i want to use Nebulosity and Firecaapture, how can I do that?
Please confirm the 12V power supply cable is connected. Note：ASI2600MC Pro camera requires 1A current from the USB, if your PC can not provide enough current, please use an external 12V power supply to power the camera.
Yes i can confirm the power supply is connected. When it is not connected the camera wont work at all. When it is it will work with ZWO software but not with nebulosity or firecpature.
