Baader 2" mounted filters don't always thread nicely into the ZWO filter holders. Not a height problem but a thread problem.

If you try it and it does not seat in completely, just find a cheap 2" filter (something like a SVBONY filter) that works with the ZWO drawers, and swap in the Baader glass into the cheap filter 2" mount (just toss the SVBONY glass away). You probably already have a "lens spanner" that is used by photographers; but if you don't, you will need that tool to swap the glass.

I have only used unmounted glass in the ZWO filter wheels, so I wouldn't know about their thread precision.

iceking I use a 2” Baader OIII filter in my 7 slot 2” ZWO filter wheel and no thread issues at all. I chose the Baader OIII filter because it inhibits smaller halos around bright stars than the ZWO filter but it is not parfocal with the ZWO filters.
