Driver Fail

ASI120MC camera driver gives "This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exit to complete the API" when i connect to my HP Laptop 14-dk Windows 10. Camera will work properly on my desk top Windows 10 and other Laptop with Vista. What is the program? I reloaded up the driver with same results.

ASI034/ASI120MC/MM is a very old camera and it may have some problems when matching with some new computers.
We recommend you to use the camera with a USB2.0 port and cable.
You can try to refresh the firmware of ASI120 to make it compatible with the new computer.
We recommend you use a computer that can recognize the camera and use a USB2.0 cable to connect the camera, then upgrade the firmware with this tool(FW Update):

Is it an ASI120MC (USB2) camera? Those have faulty firmware that doesn't implement the USB standard correctly. It will not work on any modern OS (Windows 10, Linux, macos). I'd say it is a wonder that it works on your Windows 10 desktop.

There is a compatibility firmware that you can find online and in some cases it may work in 8 bit mode. It never worked for me though and I bought an ASI120MC-S which works flawlessly. I suggest you do the same.
