Polar Alignment - Won't 60 degree rotate

New to the family of ASIAR. Stuck trying to do my polar alignment. Equipment listed at the bottom.

I go into Polar Align, it takes a shot and plate solves.
It gives the message that it will rotate 60 degrees and take the next shot. The motor activates, it makes a couple moves; 1.7 degrees (pause) , 2.3 degrees (pause), 3.5 degrees, and then sits there and nothing else happens - never gets to 60 degrees.
Tried this repeatedly with the same result each time.
Don't know what to do.

Equipment: Skywatcher heq5, ASIAIR Pro, 60mm Astromania for scope (240mm focal length), zwo asi 120mm-s

Go to the hand controller of your mount.

Change all the slew speeds back to the factory default values that came with the telescope mount. Ask the manufacturer, or a friend with the same mount, what the default values are, if it is not in the mount's manual.

ASIAIR assumes that the slew speeds are of a certain ratio when it attempts the 60 degree move. Yes, ZWO's algorithm is brain damaged, but that is what you get. A real "simple as 1,2,3" device would have discovered the speed ratios by itself before attempting the 60 degree slew. Instead, it depends on fixed ratios from the factory defaults.

Depends on whether you have in the past used any other programs to change the slew speeds.

Detail: ASIAIR uses a slower slew speed to move the mount by a fraction of a second. It then checks how much the mount has actually moved. Given the amount it has moved, ASIAIR then computes the time duration to apply to get 60 degrees worth of rotation when it switches to the fastest slew rate. The ratio of the fastest slew rate and the slower slew rate thus determines how much it will slew. This ratio is taken from the manufacture default speeds. Yes, a very unintelligent and inflexible algorithm.
