This is an ongoing problem that has been widely recognized and reported, but is STILL not fixed.
ASIAIR Pro added "binned" astrometric data to image FITS headers, which are not usable for PixInsight software.
PixInsight reports errors of focal length because it cannot decipher the binned astrometic plate solving of the images. This then causes significant problems when using PixInsight. For example, Color Calibration fails every time because of this.
What does ZWO think is the advantage of putting in this solution when it is causing errors? This problem has been reported repeatedly, but there has been no response from ZWO. People on other forums suggest that ZWO doesn't understand what people are complaining about. Is this true? Well, we are telling ZWO it's a problem and they need to fix it.
Don't use binned astrometic plate solving data in the FITS headers!!
