Camera timeout

Yesterady my ASI385MC camera started to produce no images - when I connect it in ASIStudio or SharpCap, software does recognize the camera (windows also beeps), I can change the settings, but no preview images or capture images come to computer. SharpCap log says: ZWOtimeout.
Does it mean that the camera is dead for good?

Hello,
Could you test it in ASIStudio-ASICAP on Windows PC?
Please connect the camera directly to the PC, do not use any hub, and test it with different cables, ports and computers

Please set short exposures such as 10ms in video mode or preview mode, and check the fps, if fps continues to show 0 and the camera does not display an image, the camera needs to be sent back for repair, and take a screenshot of ASICAP software to show us the fps.

Hello,
yes, I tested from the newest ASIStudio-ASICAP on Windows 10 PC.
Attached please find screenshot from the ASICAP with running camera in video mode (Windows does recognize the camere when it is connected to USB). but FPS still at 0 and no Image displayed.

Hi Jan,
You can submit a ticket in https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/ under "Product", along with the screenshot since your camera may go through RMA.
