If I plug a USB stick into the Plus, will it record data to it (as well as to the DSLR) in the same way as the Pro did? Or do I need to instruct the Plus where to ignore the micro SD card slot?
davec13o2 i have not tried it myself, but if you insert the USB stick, touch the icon at the top right in the app which looks like an SD card, you should be able to select where AA+ stores the images. The question still remains if the stick will show up there in addition to the eMMc and the SD.
Thanks, Dude Yes, it does show up, along with the internal storage option. I assume a microSD card would show up also if I had one to install. Should have just tried it myself instead of using up forum space.
Yes, it will show up, and should default to USB, I have both a SD card and USB stick in my AA+ and it sees all 3, and at the top of the image management page you can switch between storage devices, and even copy files to the other devices easily
