Hi folks,
I've ordered an ASI224 and ASIAIR Plus direct from ZWO, but realized after the fact that this will likely result in substantial shipping delays relative to if I ordered from a reseller in the US.
I'd like to cancel my order but I don't see an option to do that on the web site. I sent in a note to a day or two ago but haven't received a reply. The only urgency is I don't think they will cancel after it ships and right now the order is still marked pending.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
