I’m unable to connect to the ASIAIR PLUS when cellular is enabled. If I switch to airplane mode with WiFi then my iPhone connects without issue and all else works fine. Strange.
is this a known issue? If not what am I doing wrong?
Happens on either IP 13 pro max and iPad Pro.

hemipatel Looks like your mobile provider assigns ip addresses to your mobile devices in the same range as the ASIAir wifi network. In that case the mobile network apparently takes preference.

Mine is doing the same connects but then goes to airplane mode in settings in wifi you see a plane next to the air network. I also connect it to my iPad it stays connected but asks for a QR code I scanned the one on the box that didn’t work. I followed the instructions on the zwo site as well. I did notice the green sys light blinking and then went out no light at all on sys. Good thing I have a back ASIAIR pro that thing works no problem at all connecting. Hopefully I get an answer but it seems my ASIAIR plus is bricked or something like that lol. Happy new year and clear skies
Clearly not many of you are experiencing this issue. But my solution for any of you who are, was to turn mobile data off in asiair app setting.
On iPhone…
Go to settings, scroll down to ASIAIR, then toggle mobile data to off.
