Asi294mc troubleshooting

My Asi294mc connected to my Asiair pro will no longer upload images. When I do a preview it shows shooting and then loading just hangs. After a few seconds it states exposure failed. This is using preview and autorun. I have replaced the cable, reset my AAP with no change. I even swapped to my guide camera as the Main camera and it works fine. Took 30 subs last night and failed this morning. Btw I also reset my AAP.

Update to the latest version ASIStudio and native driver. https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
Test it with different cables, ports, computers, and 12V power supplies(must connect the 12V power supply if it is a cooled camera)
Make sure don't have multiple software running the camera at the same time
Test the camera in ASIStudio-ASICAP on windows, and set 10ms exposure time, if the fps=0, please submit a ticket here (choose 'product' )https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/
and add a screenshot to show us the fps, please also tell us the ambient temperature.
