So I just got a 294MM Pro but when I plug it into my USB port the camera does nothing, no light, no driver recognition, nothing.
Is there anything I'm missing or is it DOA?

I just bought it new and it arrived a few days ago, I have tried different power supplies and batteries of more than 10 A and asiairpro / plus does not recognize it or turn on the power light when I connect it. This never happened to me with my 294mc and 2600mm that I have for more than a year.
Canarisky That's a strange thing, all the cameras must pass the inspection before out of the factory. Could test the camera on PC with different cables, and ports? and ensure the power supply is 11V-15V. And directly connect the camera to PC, don't use any hub.
@Tech@ZWO#60914 Connecting the camera to the PC via USB and a battery recognizes it, but not through Asiairplus/Pro. Even if you use a stabilized battery with a lot of amperage, if I pass the power cable from the camera to one of the four ports of asiair it does not work, it only works by connecting it directly to the battery. I tried with the 2600mm and 294mc at the same time and they work without problem
