I received a faulty camera from ZWO. The data port on the camera smelled smoky and it wasn't sending commands to my mount. Fine, so I contact ZWO and they said they will replace the camera. They then send me a pre-paid shipping label...Awesome, except that the instructions contained with the label are all in a non-English language (Chinese I believe?). I wrote ZWO to tell them that I don't speak that language and I need the instructions to be in English...no word yet.
So I have a shipping label, I am ready to send the camera back to get a replacement...but I can't read the instructions to do so...Does anyone have a translation of the instructions or could a ZWO rep please provide them for me?
