Allow skipping to next target instead of failing entire plan

I had a session the other night where a second target in my plan failed because of an obstruction, but that caused the whole plan to fail, rather than continuing on to the next target in the plan that was perfectly visible. Maybe if we could set start/end policy for targets?

joshkovach Generally, it will continue to shoot the next target after the current target's estimated shooting time has ended.
Could you tell us the plan start time, plan end time, and the next target estimated start time?
