ASI Air Plus MicroSD slot

I'm attempting to put a MicroSD card into the ASI Air Plus slot (I know it says TF cards, but I understand the dimensions are the same?).
It's a Samsung Evo 128Gb. This might sound silly, but I can't get the card to stay in. There's no spring load inside. It just goes in, then falls out. Is there a way to get this in properly? (and yes the direction it's going in is correct (contacts down... putting it the other way is not possible as it's blocked inside)

Also, is there a manual for this device anywhere?

TF (TransFlash) is the old name for microSD™.

Perhaps copycats are using the TF name to avoid licensing from https://www.sdcard.org . This includes the host (device) end of the card too. https://www.sdcard.org/developers/use-and-licensing/

Yes, there is. Just press the card deeper in, way past the printed circuit board card edge.

If it still does not catch, there is a defect with your particular unit.
