Which Sensors good for IR and UV

Hi, I'm looking for a sensor that would be good for imaging in IR and UV light. I realize I might need 2 different cameras but if there is one that can do both that would be ideal. I'm looking for a sensor around the size of the IMX178 to 183 with a decent frame rate. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

For good IR sensitivity, perhaps check out the IMX678 based cameras. The ZWO ASI678MC uses it. Albeit, smaller pixel size than the IMX178, if that is a problem.

If you can tolerate a smaller sensor, the IMX462 (e.g., ZWO ASI462MC) is really good at IR too. Has larger pixels than the IMX178, if that matters.

For UV, I have not seen any data below 400nm, though, but you can see the data down to 400nm for the above two sensors:

Looks like there may be some sensitivity below 400nm for both of them.
